The CJ3B came off a ranch in South Texas and was to be replacement for a 1948 CJ-2A jeep that resides at my  family farm in East Texas.    The engine had been overhauled the year before I had purchased the jeep. Restoration included body work, replacement of the wiring system and replacement of the braking system..  With lots of Parts from Vintage Jeep Parts  in Beasley Texas and sheet metal panels   from Jeep Panels Plus of Mane, the repairs where completed.    My son and I are having a lot of fun driving the Jeep around Houston and I am sure how soon or if ever she will end up at the farm as a permanent resident in East Texas.
